| Bio: I am an artist with seven years of professional experience working with a wide range of clients. My focus as an artist is illustration. I have been drawing for as long as I can remember (I can recall back in 1st and 2nd grade keeping an art journal and drawing everything from Godzilla to Born Free pictures). I graduated high school with an emphasis in art and in college I received a degree in graphic design/computer graphics. Over the past four years I have developed a professional style of sequential storytelling and rendering. Currently I am freelancing, working on a diverse number of projects, ranging from illustration to web/print design.
Printed work: 2004 - Think Ink - self published
2004 - Tales from the Inner Sanctum
2003 - Outlook - published by TC3 Artworks
2000 - Reason and Rhyme - KHS art/literary
magazine Process: My sequential work process begins by drawing thumbnails of script pages to establish layout and composition. During this time I collect reference material to keep characters and object designs fresh. Then I do full size sketches on eleven by seventeen inch paper to setup object proportions and composition. With a light box I take my full size sketch, using it as a guide, and render my page on the final illustration paper.
